About this role
Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates for apartment industry positions.
- Source applicants through job boards, referrals, social media, and other recruiting methods.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews.
- Match candidates with client job openings based on skills and experience.
- Maintain accurate applicant records in our applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment requirements.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees.
- Meet recruiting goals while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or human resources experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
