Role Overview:
We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Engineer with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in designing and delivering scalable web applications and backend services. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React, Node.js, modern frontend engineering practices, API development, and distributed system fundamentals. The role involves building new fintech-oriented products, customer engagement platforms, workflow systems, and scalable cloud-native applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Frontend Engineering

- Build responsive, reusable, and scalable UI components using React and TypeScript
- Translate product and UX designs into high-quality production applications
- Manage application state using Redux Toolkit
- Develop accessible and performant user experiences
- Implement reusable component libraries and styling systems using Tailwind CSS
- Integrate APIs and manage asynchronous workflows
- Participate in frontend architecture and performance optimization

Backend Engineering

- Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express
- Build modular and maintainable service-oriented architectures
- Design scalable database schemas and optimize queries
- Implement authentication, authorization, caching, and security best practices
- Build asynchronous workflows and background processing systems
- Participate in system design discussions including scalability, resiliency, and fault tolerance

Platform Engineering

- Deploy and support applications across AWS, private cloud, and enterprise data center environments
- Understand networking fundamentals including load balancers, reverse proxies, firewalls, DNS, VPNs, and secure connectivity
- Work with Linux-based production systems and application deployments
- Support highly available and fault-tolerant production environments
- Participate in release management, production deployments, incident response, and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams to ensure platform reliability and compliance
- Work with Docker/Kubernetes-based environments and CI/CD workflows
- Support monitoring, logging, observability, and production troubleshooting
- Contribute to scalable cloud-native platform architecture and deployment automation

Security & Compliance

- Build applications following secure coding standards and OWASP guidelines
- Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access control (RBAC), and audit logging
- Work with sensitive customer and payment-related data while adhering to security and compliance requirements
- Participate in vulnerability remediation and security reviews
- Ensure applications meet operational, compliance, and governance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in full stack or frontend-heavy engineering roles
- Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
- Strong backend development experience with Node.js and Express
- Experience deploying applications in AWS, private cloud, or enterprise data center environments
- Understanding of networking, security controls, and production infrastructure fundamentals
- Experience troubleshooting production issues across application, database, and infrastructure layers
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
- Experience with Redis or similar caching technologies
- Understanding of distributed systems and system design fundamentals
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and API integrations
- Familiarity with Docker and modern deployment workflows
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset

Good-to-Have Skills

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
