Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Industrial Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment. In this role, you will be responsible for routine cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas, ensuring that facilities remain presentable, sanitary, and ready for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- ##### Perform routine cleaning of assigned areas, including floors, carpets, windows, glass surfaces, walls, and workspaces.
- ##### Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and wipe down surfaces as needed.
- ##### Empty trash receptacles and maintain clean, organized work areas.
- ##### Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all assigned areas meet cleanliness standards.
- ##### Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and appropriately.
- ##### Maintain a professional and safety-conscious work environment.
- ##### Assist with additional cleaning and facility-related tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- ##### At least one year of work experience.
- ##### High school diploma or equivalent required.
- ##### Valid driver's license required.
- ##### Previous commercial, industrial, or sanitation cleaning experience preferred.
- ##### Ability to reliably commute to the Wilmington, OH location or relocate before starting employment.
- ##### Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- ##### Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
