- Coordinating regulatory change activity across international offices, including reporting, governance packs, implementation oversight and GRC administration.
- Designing and delivering the annual Compliance Monitoring Programme, including risk assessments, thematic reviews, frequency-based monitoring, testing methodologies and reporting.
- Preparing clear reports and papers for management and UK entity Boards, with appropriate escalation and recording of exceptions and issues.
- Supporting compliance projects, assurance activity, internal audit requirements, incident reviews and the development of compliance training.
- Building effective relationships across the UK business and with global stakeholders, while supporting consistent and well-managed engagement with the FCA.
- Promoting a professional, collaborative and solutions-focused environment and role modelling a strong risk culture.

What You’ll Need

- Experience in compliance, risk or audit advisory roles within the UK financial services sector.
- A strong understanding of compliance and risk management frameworks, with the ability to develop practical, fit-for-purpose controls and governance arrangements.
- Proficiency in navigating and interpreting the FCA Handbook, together with sound knowledge of other UK financial services regulatory requirements.
- Experience of regulatory change, compliance monitoring, thematic reviews, assurance or GRC systems.
- The ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders and work collaboratively across international teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong report writing and the confidence to raise and escalate issues appropriately.
- A university degree or equivalent experience.
- A relevant compliance qualification, such as ICA, IMC or CISI Level 6 Diploma, is desirable.
