A Day In The Life:
The Sales Operations Analyst exists to ensure that every meaningful North America commercial technology enhancement begins with the Voice of the Seller, remains connected to the Voice of the Seller throughout development, and ends by confirming that the seller experience and commercial outcomes improved.
Reporting to the Manager Sales Operations, this position serves as the primary connection among North America sellers, Sales Management, Sales Leadership, and the commercial technologies that support daily commercial activity, including Salesforce, CPX, RFX, Salesforce Voice, MyBunge, Highspot, Pardot and Tableau. The position is the first line of support for North America sellers on commercial tool questions, resolving routine requests at the point of contact so they no longer interrupt the Sales Tools & Enablement Manager, the Salesforce Administrator & Analyst, or the Sales Coordinator team.
Beyond answering questions, the position identifies recurring friction, converts field feedback into actionable business requirements, supports user-centered testing and release readiness, and closes the feedback loop after implementation. The purpose of the role is not to promote technology. It is to help ensure North America invests in the right improvements, builds changes around real seller workflows, earns adoption, and converts commercial technology into practical value for sellers, customers and the business.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Voice of the Seller, User Experience & First-Line Field Support
Serve as the first point of contact for North America sellers and commercial users across Salesforce, CPX, RFX and the wider commercial tool set, providing fast, practical answers and resolving routine how-to and navigation requests at the first line. Conduct structured interviews, workflow observations, surveys, office hours and feedback sessions to identify recurring friction, workarounds, duplicate effort and unclear processes. Evaluate how sellers use Salesforce and related mobile capabilities while traveling and preparing for customer conversations, and identify opportunities to reduce effort and make workflows more intuitive. Document user needs, affected workflows, business impact and desired outcomes in clear business language.
2. Sales Management & Sales Leadership Partnership
Maintain regular, structured communication with North America Sales Management and Sales Leadership so that seller needs remain connected to business priorities and commercial outcomes. Engage sales leaders early to understand field challenges, customer implications and expected results before enhancements are defined or prioritized. Validate recurring seller themes with sales managers, involve representative sellers and managers during design and testing, and provide progress updates at agreed decision points. Following implementation, reconnect with sellers and leadership to confirm whether the change solved the intended problem, and communicate what was heard, what changed, what did not change and why.
3. Requirements Gathering, Roadmap Input & Release Readiness
Convert validated seller and leadership needs into well-defined problem statements, user stories, business requirements and acceptance criteria. Analyze opportunity-management workflows and recommend improvements that reduce unnecessary steps, clarify expectations and support timely, meaningful seller activity. Partner with the North America Sales Tools & Enablement Manager to bring user evidence into North America roadmap discussions and enhancement prioritization, and with the Salesforce Administrator & Analyst and other technical resources to clarify requirements while preserving the intended seller outcome. Coordinate and support user acceptance testing with representative users, evaluating functionality, usability, terminology, workflow fit, mobile practicality and unintended impacts before release.
4. Enablement, Adoption & User Communications
Create practical, role-relevant guidance and self-serve materials that explain what is changing, why it matters, who is affected and what users need to do differently, reducing the volume of repeat questions reaching the broader team. Develop clear, concise communications for commercial technology releases, improvements and seller-engagement opportunities, and build trust through visible feedback closure. Monitor adoption barriers and partner with the appropriate team members to address experience, process, communication or learning needs. Provide tool-specific onboarding support for new North America commercial users and partner with the Sales Development & Training Specialist to integrate sales-tool readiness into broader onboarding programs.
5. Reporting Support, Continuous Improvement & Initiative Support
Support the development and improvement of Tableau dashboards and user insights aligned with business requirements and seller needs, helping ensure dashboards are understandable, relevant and useful for the intended audience. Log and group recurring questions to reveal underlying friction, distinguish training gaps from tool or process defects, and support root-cause resolution so the same issues stop recurring. Support North America commercial technology initiatives, pilots, user advisory activities and business readiness, and contribute user-centered insight to cross-functional activities involving Commercial Leadership, Global Commercial Tools & Enablement and Business Technology. Perform other duties as assigned.
Skill/Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of working experience in sales operations, sales coordination, sales enablement, customer relationship management support, training or business analysis
• Experience working directly with sellers and sales managers in a commercial environment
• Hands-on experience supporting a customer relationship management platform; Salesforce experience preferred
• Experience gathering business requirements or supporting technology testing, releases or adoption activities is an added advantage
• Experience in the food, agribusiness or manufacturing industry, or another multinational environment, preferred"
