- Run site meetings, coordinate trade activities, conduct quality reviews, and track progress against milestones.
- Resolve design discrepancies, hidden site conditions, material delays, and construction challenges before they disrupt delivery.

- Maintain exceptional craftsmanship across structural elements, architectural details, custom millwork, and interior finishes.
- Monitor job costs, labor productivity, material consumption, and subcontractor performance to protect project budgets.
- Enforce jobsite safety requirements, OSHA practices, housekeeping procedures, and site security standards.
- Keep jobsites organized, safe, and suitable for complex residential construction.
- Update clients and project stakeholders on progress, schedule changes, financial concerns, and pending decisions.
- Lead punch-list completion, homeowner walkthroughs, warranty coordination, turnover documentation, and project closeout.
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners, design teams, trade partners, and suppliers.
