Position Overview
Leisure Life Travel is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals in Riverside, California, who enjoy travel planning, customer service, and helping others create memorable vacation experiences.
As a Remote Travel Reservation Specialist, you will assist clients with researching destinations, exploring vacation packages, coordinating travel reservations, and providing personalized service.
This position is ideal for individuals interested in travel, hospitality, customer service, and developing their professional skills in the travel industry. Previous travel experience is not required.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with planning cruises, resort vacations, family getaways, group travel, and other travel experiences. Research destinations, compare vacation options, communicate with travel suppliers, and help coordinate reservations.
Build relationships with clients, maintain accurate travel information, provide customer support, and promote travel services through networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
Training and Professional Development
Leisure Life Travel provides access to travel industry education, supplier training, mentorship, and professional development resources.
Learn about cruise lines, resorts, vacation packages, reservation systems, customer service, and travel marketing while developing the skills needed to grow in the travel industry.
Qualifications
