Your Opportunity, Your Team
- The Transportation Coordinator supports QVC's RTV Team. Executes, communicates and supports all inbound and outbound load plans for the distribution center. In addition to performing all functions of the Transportation Specialist I position, the Transportation Specialist II monitors all site related traffic activities to ensure compliance with Corporate Transportation's strategic goals and assures that freight is handled expediently with fiscal responsibility.
Where You'll Work
- This role is onsite and will require you to work from Bethlehem, PA. The schedule will be Wednesday - Saturday 6pm-4:30am. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
- You will be tracking our inbound and outbound trailers from when they arrive on site and until they leave our facility.
- Utilize different systems to track trailers and every step they take once arriving to us such as YMS/OTM/tableau and make appointments for carriers, create schedules for receiving's live loads as well as communicate with receiving/shipping leadership, drivers and our yard jockeys throughout the day
