About the Role
As a part-time Spa Attendant, you set the tone for every guest's visit — from a warm check-in and thoughtful orientation to a spa environment that feels calm, clean, and cared for. You'll help create the sense of rest and relaxation Mandara Spa is known for, supporting guest retention and contributing directly to treatment and retail sales across the Mandara Resort Division. This role offers flexible, part-time hours — a great fit if you're looking for meaningful work without a full-time commitment.
What You'll Do
- Complete a hands-on training program within your first 30 days, building full command of our Elemis and Mandara signature services
- Develop deep knowledge of our services and products, and share that knowledge to help guests choose what's right for them
- Deliver the kind of guest experience that keeps people coming back
- Keep linens, towels, and beverages clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
