- Platform & Stack Setups: Collaboratively define technical stack setups, system checklists, QA protocols, and release strategies across diverse ecosystems (Mobile, Web/CMS, E-Commerce, 3D/Interactive).

- Vendor & Resource Management: Manage internal development teams alongside external technical partners and specialized agencies, ensuring deliverables stay within pacing, budget, and quality standards.

- Deployment & Launch Readiness: Oversee staging, beta deliveries, client CMS training, living technical documentation, and final deployment releases in partnership with engineering.

- Strategic Problem Solving: Proactively identify technical risks early, craft contingency strategies, and balance client demands with engineering feasibility to protect team velocity and output.

Qualities and Qualifications

- Agency / Production Experience: 6+ years of experience leading technical production, digital delivery, or technical project management within a fast-paced agency or digital studio environment.

- Agile & Scrum Expertise: Deep practical experience with Scrum/Agile frameworks, Jira administration, sprint planning, and hands-on issue resolution alongside Engineering and QA teams.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven track record of bridging the gap between non-technical client stakeholders, creative directors, and software developers to translate complex requirements into actionable technical tasks.

- Operational Rigor: Exceptional organization skills with living documentation, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and clear, daily status communication.
