Your Experience & Qualifications
- Prefferred to have mechanical background
- Experienced in operating core builders and fin mill machines Operate machine manual mode to step through process and troubleshoot
- Coordinate, assign responsibilities and technically lead change overs to completion to good part Approve change over setups and product quality
- Trouble shooting (use 5W method) proceeding logically
- Ability to understand program & equipment interface
- Capable to adjust tooling as needed for proper production set up
- Drive improvement process for core build operations
- 1ST level assistance to all corebuild job setters
- Perform repairs, upgrades and FM's on the machines
- Will have instructional authority of corebuild & fin mill for technical issues Monitor/troubleshoot all corebuitd and fin mill defects including backend results
- Responsible for training and skill level of job setters Responsible for tooling condition and cleaning plans
