- Complete local and out-of-town deliveries throughout Ontario, including occasional evenings and weekends as required.

- Transport construction materials, architectural walls, glass, equipment, and other specialized loads.

- Complete material pick-ups, returns, bin exchanges, garbage disposal runs, and other transportation requirements.

- Receive, unload, organize, pick, and stage materials, tools, and equipment for daily deliveries.

- Assist with inventory counts, stock monitoring, and maintaining accurate warehouse records.

- Support tool and equipment tracking, inspections, cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.

- Assist with organizing, cleaning, and preparing reusable hoarding panels and related materials.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

- Work closely with the warehouse team to support daily delivery schedules, material requirements, and operational priorities.

- Communicate with jobsites, suppliers, and internal teams regarding deliveries and material requirements.

- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and overall efficiency.

- Learn different aspects of warehouse and logistics coordination, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities as you develop your skills.

- Assist with other warehouse and operational duties as required.

What You Bring

- Valid Ontario Class G driver's license with a clean driving record.

- DZ license is considered an asset, but we're willing to provide training and support to obtain the required licensing for the right candidate.

- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, deliveries, construction, or a related hands-on environment is preferred.

- Experience operating larger commercial vehicles, including straight trucks, is considered an asset.

- Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning about tools, equipment, and basic maintenance.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting, loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment.

- Comfortable using computers and learning inventory and warehouse management systems.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems without constant direction.

- A positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed.

- Flexibility to travel throughout Ontario and work occasional evenings and weekends as required.

- Forklift certification, WHMIS, Working at Heights, and other relevant safety training are considered assets.

What's In It For You

- Competitive hourly compensation of $25.00–$30.00, depending on experience and qualifications.

- Excellent benefits and annual Health Spending Account.
