Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Management
Develop and grow your customer base; maintain and update monthly
- Deliver professional sales presentations and follow up to close deals
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from customers
- Provide financial counseling/marketing support to customers as needed
- Execute a marketing plan tailored to your assigned territory
- Submit monthly account activity reports
- Strategic & Aftermarket Sales
Plan and execute marketing strategies to maximize territory coverage
- Contact existing and prospective customers to increase aftermarket sales
- Support delivery and setup of equipment as needed
- Administrative & Other Duties
Perform data entry and maintain organized records
- Keep workspace clean and presentable
- Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Agricultural background preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Clean driving record
- Able to lift and carry 50–80 lbs
- Comfortable with extended travel

Physical Requirements
- Sit, stand, bend, and move frequently—including on uneven terrain
- Use phone and computer regularly for communication and documentation
- Climb in and out of equipment
- Lift, carry, and move equipment or tools as needed
