Who We Are
Boston Consulting Group partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. BCG was the pioneer in business strategy when it was founded in 1963. Today, we help clients with total transformation-inspiring complex change, enabling organizations to grow, building competitive advantage, and driving bottom-line impact.
To succeed, organizations must blend digital and human capabilities. Our diverse, global teams bring deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives to spark change. BCG delivers solutions through leading-edge management consulting along with technology and design, corporate and digital ventures—and business purpose. We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.
What You'll Do
As the Senior Director, Consultant Campus Talent Acquisition, you will own BCG’s end-to-end strategy to identify, attract, engage, and hire Consultant-level campus talent across consulting and digital job families in North America. You will set the strategic direction for how BCG competes for top campus talent, define the regional roadmap, lead a broad portfolio of teams and programs, and drive shared accountability for outcomes across the full Consultant-level recruiting lifecycle.
You will oversee the MBA, ADC and Specialty campus recruiting teams, as well as the team managing global CT recruiting from North American schools for AP and EMESA offices. As a senior thought leader and key decision-maker on campus talent acquisition, you will partner with TA and business leaders across the firm to anticipate changing talent needs, strengthen BCG’s position in highly competitive talent markets, and continuously evolve our approach.
- Set the strategy and agenda for Consultant campus talent acquisition, identifying the highest-impact opportunities across MBA, ADC and Specialty, local campus, and OneBCG recruiting. You will translate the strategy into a clear roadmap, establish priorities across channels and programs, and drive accountability for measurable hiring outcomes.
- Lead and develop a high-performing portfolio of campus recruiting teams, setting clear expectations, strengthening accountability, and creating an inclusive environment where people can grow and do their best work. You will coach key office Consultant Recruiting Directors and help strengthen leadership capabilities across the broader recruiting organization.
- Shape the organization and operating model as recruiting needs evolve, making decisions about team structures, roles, capabilities, resources, and ways of working. You will anticipate future capacity and capability needs and evolve the organization to support changing business priorities and long-term growth.
- Oversee BCG’s end-to-end Consultant campus recruiting portfolio, spanning programs, events, candidate engagement, screening, interviewing, and conversion. You will establish appropriate governance while empowering teams to deliver consistently high-quality candidate experiences across recruiting channels and talent communities.
- Strengthen how BCG attracts and engages priority talent, monitoring the competitive landscape and evolving programs and approaches to differentiate BCG in the market. You will partner across Talent Acquisition to align hiring strategies with internship and full-time targets and strengthen how we communicate BCG’s employer value proposition.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across campus recruiting, identifying opportunities to use data, emerging technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and modern ways of working to improve recruiting effectiveness. You will diagnose friction points, mobilize pragmatic solutions, and ensure successful improvements are embedded and sustained across teams.
- Advise and influence senior leaders across BCG, including RPs, Office Recruiting Directors, and TA leadership, to build alignment around Consultant campus recruiting priorities and shared accountability for outcomes. You will also represent NAMR in global TA forums, bringing regional market perspectives to global initiatives and decisions.
- Build strong partnerships across the Talent Acquisition organization, collaborating with leaders across Local Operations, Central Operations, EAST, Analytics, and Brand Activation and Enablement to connect Consultant campus recruiting with BCG’s broader talent agenda and advance cross-functional priorities.
- Own the Consultant campus TA budget and strengthen operational rigor, allocating investment against the highest-impact priorities and managing costs responsibly. You will establish strong governance for recruiting data, metrics, and reporting, providing leadership with clear insights to inform decisions while ensuring appropriate management of policy and operational risk.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience; advanced degree preferred.
- Deep talent acquisition expertise, including leadership of large-scale campus recruiting programs or multi-team functions.
- Proven experience setting strategy, leading complex portfolios, and delivering measurable improvements in recruiting outcomes.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams while building inclusive, accountable working environments.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with experience influencing senior leaders in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, balancing strategic perspective with rigorous execution across competing priorities.
- Experience leading change and adopting new capabilities, including recruiting technology, collaborative tools, and AI-enabled solutions.
