Master Roofing Solutions is expanding operations across Northern California. We are currently seeking hardworking Roofing Tile Loaders and Established Crew Leads to handle installations and material loading from Bakersfield to Visalia.

Compensation & Incentives
- Weekly Earnings: $1,000 to $1,500+ per week
- Pay Structure: Variable base rate combined with aggressive piece-rate incentives—the harder and faster you work, the more you make.
- Crew Leads: Highly competitive rates for established crews who can hit the ground running.
Service Area
- This position covers the Northern California corridor ranging from Bakersfield up through Visalia and surrounding local markets.

- Crew Leads Preferred: We are highly interested in hiring leaders who already have an established crew ready to work.
- Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift, carry, and load heavy roofing tiles in outdoor conditions.
