WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR
Pay: Up to $22/hr (Based on qualifying skills & experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Enjoy your weekends off!)
About the Role
Are you an experienced warehouse professional looking for a reliable daytime schedule with a dynamic team? We’re looking for an organized, safety-focused Warehouse Team Member to keep our partner company's operations running smoothly.
You’ll take the lead on inventory accuracy, warehouse equipment, and work with modern stock management software.
### JOB DUTIES:
Equipment Operations: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to receive, move, and store material. Inventory: Conduct weekly cycle counts, track usage and waste, manage re-orders, and reconcile daily stock levels. Tech-Driven Tracking: Use computer systems/WMS to log receipts, returns, issues, and back orders with high accuracy. Maintain Efficiency: Keep warehouse shelves organized, properly labeled, and optimized for smooth daily workflow. Team Player: Collaborate across production and hand work departments whenever extra hands are needed.
### Qualifications
Experience: 2 years of recent warehouse experience & 1 year operating a forklift. Tech Savvy: Working experience using a Warehouse Management system or ERP system to track packages, inventory, and other daily objectives Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday. Industry Background: Prior experience in the print and mail industry is a major bonus!
