Do you enjoy leading a team, creating exceptional guest experiences, and making every day a little sweeter? Nothing Bundt Cakes is looking for a motivated, dependable, and positive Shift Lead to help lead daily bakery operations and ensure every guest receives the joyful experience they deserve.
As a Shift Lead, you will support the Bakery Manager in guiding team members, maintaining bakery standards, and keeping operations running smoothly. You will lead by example, help create a positive team environment, and ensure our cakes, service, and bakery presentation meet Nothing Bundt Cakes standards.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and support bakery team members during assigned shifts, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences by bringing joy to every interaction.
• Support daily bakery operations, including baking, frosting, decorating, guest service, and order fulfillment as needed.
• Ensure all products meet Nothing Bundt Cakes quality, presentation, and freshness standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe bakery by following sanitation procedures and brand standards.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, cleaning, and securing the bakery.
• Help manage daily production, prioritize tasks, and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Communicate operational needs, guest concerns, and team performance updates to the Bakery Manager.
• Coach and encourage team members, reinforcing expectations and promoting teamwork.
• Help monitor inventory, product rotation, labeling, dating, and waste to support operational efficiency.
• Lead by example and hold yourself and your team accountable for following bakery procedures.
• Demonstrate our HEART values in every interaction with guests and fellow team members.

• Previous leadership, food service, retail, or bakery experience preferred.
• A willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continue developing leadership skills.
