Lawrence Hall is seeking a skilled and experienced Window Tinter to join our team. As a Window Tinter, you will be responsible for tinting windows on various vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Duties:
- Apply window tint film to vehicles according to customer specifications
- Prepare windows by cleaning and removing any existing tint film
- Apply pre-cut film on tint plotter
- Use heat guns and squeegees to apply the tint film smoothly and evenly
- Ensure proper adhesion of the tint film to the windows
- Inspect finished work for any imperfections or bubbles and make necessary adjustments
- Clean windows after tinting process is complete
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience in window tinting **REQUIRED**
- Knowledge of power tools and equipment used in window tinting
- Familiarity with glass installation techniques
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are a necessity
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
-High School Diploma or GED required
-Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
-Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
