What you'll be doing

Our Mortgage Enforcement team protects CIBC’s interests by leading complex enforcement activities that require legal intervention across Canada. As Senior Manager, Mortgage Enforcement (Judicial Sale or Power of Sale), you’ll lead a team responsible for managing mortgage enforcement sale proceedings, including judicial sale and power of sale matters. You’ll oversee court-related activities, support compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and work closely with internal legal partners, external counsel, court officials, and other stakeholders to move files forward efficiently and effectively. You’ll provide strategic direction to your team, enhance policies and procedures, and ensure enforcement activities are documented, reported, and executed to a high standard. You’ll also analyze portfolio trends, manage operational risk, and identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and support a strong client experience.

At CIBC, we enable a work environment designed for you to thrive. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid arrangement, spending 1-3 days per week on-site, with the remainder remote.
