About this role

Are you ready to be the difference in someone's story?

At Renaissance Behavioral Health (RBH), we believe every person deserves compassionate, accessible mental health care—and we're looking for passionate, driven individuals to help make that vision a reality. As a leading community mental health provider serving northeast Ohio, we're expanding our team and seeking QMHS/Case Managers who want to do work that truly matters.

This isn't just a job. It's an opportunity to walk alongside individuals and families during some of the most challenging moments of their lives, helping them find hope, healing, and a path forward.

What You'll Do

As a QMHS/Case Manager at RBH, you'll be a champion for those who need it most. Your days will be dynamic and deeply rewarding as you:

- Empower clients  by conducting comprehensive assessments and crafting personalized care plans that honor their unique strengths, goals, and needs

- Open doors  to critical mental health services and community resources, ensuring no one falls through the cracks

- Advocate fiercely  for clients, breaking down barriers so they receive the support and treatment they deserve

- Collaborate daily  with a passionate interdisciplinary team committed to exceptional, client-centered care

- Be a guide —helping clients navigate insurance benefits, transportation, crisis situations, and the complex landscape of community resources

- Build trust  through authentic relationships, becoming a consistent, caring presence in your clients' lives

- Drive outcomes through meticulous documentation, compliance excellence, and thoughtful case management

What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who lead with heart and bring both skill and dedication to their work. Ideal candidates will have:

- A minimum of 2+ years  of direct clinical experience working with individuals facing mental health or substance use challenges

- Group therapy experience  across a variety of treatment modalities

- A bachelor’s degree  in a human services field (preferred)

- A genuine passion  for community-based mental health and advocacy

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

- A commitment  to compassionate, client-centered care

- A valid driver's license is required

If you're someone who thrives on connection, finds purpose in service, and wants to grow professionally in a supportive environment—we want to meet you.
