- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, agencies, technical specialists, and project teams.
- Demonstrated ability to organize multidisciplinary work, manage competing priorities, and meet project deadlines.
- Experience facilitating project meetings, tracking decisions and action items, and escalating risks or constraints appropriately.

- Experience supporting solar, wind, battery energy storage, transmission, data center, or other power and technology infrastructure projects.
- Experience with agency coordination, permit applications, environmental review documents, and natural-resource technical studies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support and coordinate federal, state, and local permitting for renewable energy, power, transmission, battery energy storage, data center, and other technology-sector infrastructure projects.
- Assist Project Managers with scope, schedule, budget, risk, and deliverable tracking.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary technical studies and document reviews to support regulatory compliance and timely project delivery.
