What You Drive at DTNA

- Finance Analytics professionals operate across a continuum of direct execution and organizational enablement. Depending on Finance leadership priorities, they may place greater emphasis on delivering critical projects and solutions or on enabling Finance teams to independently apply analytics, automation, AI and emerging technologies. Both dimensions remain part of the role.
- In an execution-oriented model, FA professionals may directly lead or deliver critical Finance analytics, automation, AI-enabled workflows, process redesign, data solutions, prototypes and strategic transformation initiatives requiring specialized expertise and hands-on ownership.
- In an enablement-oriented model, FA professionals act as capability multipliers by educating, coaching and training Finance employees, developing reusable methods and learning assets, supporting communities of practice, and helping analysts and teams adopt new technologies and ways of working with increasing independence.
- FA professionals understand how Finance processes, data, systems and business decisions are connected. They translate Finance requirements into scalable technology-enabled solutions, working closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, data and other partner organizations while maintaining clear Finance ownership of business outcomes.
- The FA professional serves as a trusted point of contact for analytics, data and technology-enabled Finance solutions, including questions related to data provision, functional data integration, governance, process design, automation and responsible use of AI.
- FA professionals continuously explore emerging technologies and AI capabilities, conduct structured experimentation and proof-of-concepts, assess applicability to Finance use cases, and help determine which capabilities should be scaled more broadly across the Finance organization. In this sense, FA also serves as an internal Finance R&D and incubation function.
- FA professionals communicate relevant findings, recommendations and lessons learned; support implementation and adoption; and ensure that successful solutions, practices and capabilities can be reused and scaled across Finance rather than remaining dependent on the FA team.

Knowledge You Should Bring

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data/Analytics or comparable educational attainment, plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Finance, analytics, transformation, technology or a comparable field.
- Deep Finance business knowledge and/or demonstrated experience working closely with Finance and Controlling organizations.
- Strong understanding of Finance or business processes combined with an integrative, cross-functional and cross-departmental approach to problem solving. Ability to connect business needs, data, technology and organizational implications.
- Experience with data and analytics concepts, including data warehouse principles, conceptual data modeling, data quality, reporting and analytical solutions. Ability to understand how data is transformed into information and decision support.
- Digital and AI fluency, including the ability to evaluate and apply analytics, automation, generative AI and emerging technologies to Finance processes. The role does not require mastery of every technology, but requires the ability to learn quickly, prototype where appropriate, validate outputs, and collaborate effectively with technical specialists.
- Operating model adaptability: ability to shift effectively between hands-on execution, solution ownership, consulting, coaching and organizational enablement based on changing Finance priorities.
- Learning agility, curiosity and experimentation mindset, with strong communication, facilitation and change-enablement skills to help Finance teams adopt new capabilities and ways of working.
- An attached resume is required

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

- 5-7+ years of relevant professional experience, with demonstrated experience leading or playing a key role in cross-functional Finance analytics, transformation, technology-enabled or comparable initiatives.
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft, Snowflake or comparable Finance, planning, data and analytics platforms.
- Experience analyzing Finance processes and systems, identifying improvement opportunities, translating business requirements into solution concepts, and supporting implementation of complex analytics, automation or AI-enabled solutions.
- Experience with modern analytics and automation technologies such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, Python or similar tools, together with practical exposure to generative AI, copilots, agents or AI-enabled workflow solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, train and enable others; communicate complex concepts in practical business language; build reusable methods and standards; and influence adoption across teams without relying solely on direct execution.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve productivity, efficiency, or business outcomes
