the VA iFAMS (Momentum) Operations & Maintenance program across
development, test, staging, and production environments.

The coordinator works with Agile delivery teams, prime program leadership, and VA stakeholders so that approved changes reach
production on schedule, under configuration control, with minimal operational
disruption.

Key qualifications and responsibilities include:

- Manage
release schedules, deployment activities, and change management
processes for approved changes to the iFAMS operational baseline.
- Coordinate
with Agile teams, testers, operations, and VA stakeholders to plan and
execute deployments to production and Government-designated environments.
- Track release
readiness, risks, issues, and dependencies; run go/no-go readiness
reviews and communicate status clearly.
- Ensure
compliance with VA configuration management standards; keep
baseline configuration records and release artifacts audit-ready
(RMF/continuous authorization and IV&V support).
- Coordinate
post-deployment validation and regression testing with the test team, and
support release-related troubleshooting and rollback decisions.
- Identify
and drive process improvements to the release and change management
lifecycle.
- Experience
with release, CI/CD, or ITSM tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub,
ServiceNow, or VA's Agility) and a working knowledge of ITIL change and
release practices.

experience on a federal ERP or financial system (Momentum, Oracle, SAP),
and ITIL 4 Foundation or SAFe certification.
