Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Are you dependable, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a motivated Machine Operator to join our team!
In this hands-on role, you'll help coordinate material handling, shipping, receiving, and inventory activities to keep production running smoothly. You'll also support team members, maintain accuracy, and help improve daily operations.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and material movement to support production needs.
- Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming materials.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy.
- Maintain inventory records and update ERP/MRP systems.
- Prioritize daily tasks and assist with training team members.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and workflow issues.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work environment.
- Communicate with production teams and leadership to meet daily goals.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.
- Previous lead or coordinator experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills; ERP/MRP experience preferred.
- Forklift experience or willingness to learn.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
