About the Role
Full-Time | Remote UGC + In-Person Production
We’re looking for an experienced Producer to own the day-to-day execution of high-volume creative production across remote UGC/creator shoots and in-person productions.
Working closely with Creative Strategists, Creative Directors, and Production leadership, this person takes approved creative briefs and turns them into organized, production-ready shoots. They own the logistics, talent communication, pre-production, vendor coordination, budgets, and production details so the creative team can stay focused on strategy, creative direction, and performance.
Responsibilities:
Remote UGC & Creator Production
- Coordinate all logistics and execution of remote shoots while Creative Directors & Strategists retain end-to-end ownership of creative.
- Coordinate initial outreach with casting resources and manage communication with booked creators/talent.
- Manage pre-production including scheduling at-home shoot, pre-pro calls, communicate deliverables, wardrobe, grooming, props, products, locations/backgrounds, and production requirements.
- Ensure creators understand scripts, briefs, references, shot lists, and expectations before shoot day.
- Confirm phones/cameras, lighting, audio, internet, technical settings, and remote directing setup are production-ready for Creative Directors & Strategists.
- Coordinate product shipments, props, equipment, and other materials required for shoots.
- Assist creators in location sourcing if off-site
- Serve as the primary production contact for creators and troubleshoot logistical or technical issues.
- Support CD/CS’s on remote shoot sessions and ensure required footage, variations, and pickups are captured.
- Coordinate footage upload, asset handoff, invoices, and talent/UGC payments.
In-Person Production
- Produce in-person shoots from pre-production through wrap.
- Build production, workback timelines, call sheets, and detailed budgets.
- Coordinate talent, crew, locations/studios, equipment, props, wardrobe, transportation, catering, insurance, permits, and other production needs.
- Source, hire, and manage freelance crew and production vendors.
- Lead production logistics and communication across internal teams, talent, crew, and external partners.
- Oversee shoot-day execution, keeping productions on schedule and within budget.
- Manage wrap, returns, invoices, and footage handoff.
Production Operations & Team Support
- Maintain production trackers, budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
- Serve as a key point of contact for freelance producers, crew, creators, and production vendors.
- Lead freelance Producers when additional production support is needed.
- Help document and standardize production workflows, templates, and checklists.
- Identify production bottlenecks and help improve processes as creative volume scales.
- Partner with Creative Strategists and Directors to flag feasibility, timing, budget, talent, and logistical considerations early.
- Own production follow-through so creative teams aren't responsible for managing day-to-day production logistics.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of hands-on production experience in advertising, performance marketing, digital/social content, UGC, or branded content.
- Experience producing both remote creator/UGC shoots and in-person productions.
- Experience working in a high-volume creative or performance marketing environment strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production logistics, budgets, talent, vendors, crew, locations, equipment, and asset handoff.
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent productions with fast turnaround times.
- Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate production needs before they become problems.
- Strong communicator who can independently own execution while collaborating closely with Creative and Production leadership.
- Experience with Asana or similar project-management tools is a plus.
