Concierge - East Building: Silvergate Fallbrook

JOB SUMMARY

This is a Lead position responsible for actively communicating with residents and staff to insure that quality customer service is provided.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate multiple requests and respond in a timely manner.

- Accurately update spreadsheets to track the services provided to residents.

- Responsible for maintaining a smooth work flow in the East Building.

- Provide daily concierge services to include transportation scheduling and appointment & reservation booking.

- Respond to residents needs with courtesy and promptness.

- Make coffee and provide early morning coffee room service and deliver newspapers.

- Collect and file room service tickets making sure they are kept up to date.

- Schedule weekly dry cleaning and pick up service.

- Train and communicate with the weekend and p.m. staff.

- Deliver items to resident rooms, such items can include: menus, mail, packages, flowers, etc.

- Communicate with the kitchen for room service requests.

- Complete daily status reports

- Ensure that staff is keeping the kitchen and dining area clean and stocked.

- Perform office duties as necessary and maintain an orderly work station.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age; possess good character, and reputation of personal integrity.

- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Have the ability to work well with others, and possess good supervisory qualities.

- Personal characteristics, physical energy, and competence to provide excellent service to the residents.

- Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to prioritize and multitask

- Ability to respond effectively in an emergency or crisis situation

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position requires the ability to bend, squat, stoop, climb, kneel, stand on feet and sit for extended periods of time, as well as the ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
