Join our team as a day shift, full-time, Supervisor in Pharmacy Programs at INTEGRIS Health Cancer Institute in Oklahoma City, OK.
The Supervisor Pharmacy Programs is responsible for managing, educating, marketing, and cultivating potential program participants as well as providing onsite comprehensive benefit and advocacy services for patients enrolled in the Retail Pharmacy programs. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires. INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Associates degree, with 2 years additional experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree
- Greater than or equal to 5 years of pharmacy experience including, but not limited to, the following: knowledge of specialty pharmacy patient management, prior authorizations, benefits investigations, and financial assistance can be substituted for degrees
- 2 years pharmacy technician experience
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)
