Key job responsibilities
- Execute and monitor key fulfillment workflows and processes, ensuring consistent quality and timely completion of tasks across your team's area of responsibility.

- Create and refine process documentation and operational procedures to improve safety, efficiency, and overall team performance.

A day in the life
You will start your shift by reviewing priorities and checking in with your team. From there, you might move between monitoring workflow progress, resolving unexpected issues on the floor, and updating tracking documentation. You will regularly communicate with peers and leaders to flag risks or share updates, and you may participate in team reviews to discuss metrics and improvement ideas.
