About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Detailer Supervisor to lead our vehicle presentation team. This hands-on role is responsible for overseeing daily detailing operations, maintaining quality standards, coordinating workflow, and ensuring all vehicles are delivered in pristine condition.
Key responsibilities include:

- Supervising and mentoring the detailing team

- Managing vehicle presentation schedules and workflow

- Conducting quality checks on completed vehicles

- Ensuring dealership presentation standards are consistently met

- Supporting stock control of detailing products and equipment

- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

- Working closely with Sales, Service, and Management teams

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- Previous experience in vehicle detailing

- Proven leadership or supervisory experience

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Ability to motivate and develop team members

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Current unrestricted driver's licence
