About this role
Overview
Great with people? Naturally driven? Ready for something more?
Are you the person everyone counts on to make things happen? Do you naturally make people feel welcome, know how to turn a frustrating situation into a positive experience, and take pride in getting the details right?
Do you notice what needs to be done and take care of it without waiting to be asked?
If that sounds like you, we should talk.
At Elements Massage, we're looking for exceptional people to join our Guest Concierge teams at our Summerlin and Henderson studios.
We're not looking for someone to simply answer phones and schedule appointments. We're looking for someone who understands that great hospitality is about making people feel valued, anticipating their needs, solving problems, and creating experiences that make them genuinely want to return.
What makes someone successful here?
- You connect with people. You ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and make every guest feel welcome and understood.
- You're comfortable with sales. You know that the best sales conversations begin with understanding someone's needs, not delivering a rehearsed pitch.
- You take ownership. When something doesn't go as planned, you look for solutions rather than excuses.
- You pay attention to details. Accuracy, consistency, and follow-through matter to you.
- You're motivated by achievement. You enjoy setting goals, measuring results, and finding ways to improve.
- You're a team player. You understand that your attitude, reliability, and actions impact everyone around you.
- You welcome feedback. You don't need to know everything on day one, but you're eager to learn and become exceptionally good at what you do.
Responsibilities
What will you actually do?
As a Guest Concierge, you'll be the face and voice of our studio, creating a welcoming, professional experience from the first phone call through checkout and beyond.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests and creating an exceptional first and lasting impression
- Managing appointments, schedules, check-ins, and checkouts with accuracy
- Asking thoughtful questions to understand guests' wellness goals and recommending appropriate services
- Introducing our Wellness Membership Program and confidently guiding guests through enrollment
- Handling guest questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment
- Supporting daily studio operations, maintaining presentation standards, and helping the team succeed
- Building relationships that encourage guest loyalty, referrals, and repeat visits
Qualifications
This is a hospitality-driven position with a meaningful sales component. We believe in educating and guiding guests, not pressuring them. The right person understands that when you build trust and communicate value, sales become a natural part of the conversation.
What can you expect from us?
- Starting pay of $17/hour , with opportunities to advance to $18–$20/hour based on demonstrated performance and expanded responsibilities
- Additional performance-based earning opportunities
- A complimentary monthly massage
- Medical insurance benefits for eligible employees
- Structured training, ongoing coaching, and professional development
- A workplace where initiative, accountability, and exceptional performance are recognized and rewarded
We believe great teams are built by developing great people. Whether you're looking to become exceptional in your current role or have ambitions to grow professionally, we'll provide the tools, expectations, and feedback to help you succeed.
Let's talk about the schedule.
We're currently hiring for evening and closing shifts at our Summerlin and Henderson locations.
Available schedules include evening shifts ending as late as 9:30 PM and extended shifts from 11:30 AM–9:30 PM .
Consistent availability for these shifts is essential. We value reliability and are looking for team members who can commit to their schedules and contribute to a dependable, supportive team.
Experience matters. Mindset matters more.
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, sales, or membership-based businesses is a plus. Experience in spas, hotels, upscale retail, or other guest-focused environments is especially welcome.
But what matters most is your ability to connect with people, learn quickly, communicate confidently, and consistently deliver on your commitments.
One final question...
Are you looking for a place to simply fill your schedule, or an opportunity to become exceptionally good at what you do?
If you're ready to bring your best, grow your skills, and be part of a team where your contributions genuinely matter, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply today. Let's see what we can build together.
