CTS Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. CR Goods Receipt and Storage

- Perform the receipt, binning, and issuance of CR according to standard operating procedures, including checking item details, lot/serial numbers, and quantity verification.

- Store CR products in assigned locations in an orderly manner according to requirements, including item description, lot/serial number, batch number, expiry date, and storage conditions.

2. CR Pick & Pack

- Pick products as specified in the Inventory Adjustment (FM-IV-001) and coordinate with QC to perform 100% inspection prior to packing.

3. CR Dispatch

- Perform and coordinate with the dispatch team for CR shipments to study sites.

4. CR Return

- Perform and coordinate with the Goods Return team for CR returns from study sites to ZP.

- Verify the accuracy of returned products and place them in the designated quarantine area.

5. CR Destruction

- Coordinate with internal and external parties for CR destruction.

6. Compliance

- Ensure compliance with GDP, GSDP, and regional guidelines at all times.

7. Other Responsibilities

- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in any fields

- Dynamic, able to multitask

- Sound knowledge of internal section work processes and procedures

- Basic computer literacy

- Basic English communication skills
