About this role

Optimize procurement management and processes, provide macro-level guidance to business lines, and support efficient, low-cost business operations.
- Based on data analysis and insights into supplier spend, headcount scale, delivery base, cost breakdown, and performance, identify opportunities for procurement optimization. Develop and execute sub-category strategies aligned with business needs and group management requirements.
- Own business needs analysis, procurement solution design, commercial negotiation, and contract signing—aligned with sub-category strategies and cost control targets—while managing risks throughout execution.
- Lead supplier sourcing, development, management, and performance evaluation. Familiar with service-industry market resources and have an existing supplier network.
- Stay current with industry characteristics and relevant policies and regulations; conduct in-depth research on the professional services industry and benchmark against peers' procurement practices to continuously optimize procurement processes, pricing levels, and the supplier pool. Collect and analyze data on HR services, consulting markets, and industry trends to inform procurement decisions.
