We
are located in Austin (USA), Singapore, Hyderabad, Indore and Ahmedabad
(India).

Job
Location: Hyderabad, Indore and Ahmedabad.

Role:

As
a Tech Lead / Solution Architect (Stream Lead) , you will lead an
engineering pod (stream) building features for an enterprise-grade SaaS
platform in the data privacy, data governance and AI governance space. You will
own the technical design of your stream within the client’s architecture
governance, break the backlog into deliverable work, and make sure every sprint
ships production-ready, well-tested code. This is a hands-on leadership role
that combines solution design, code and design reviews, and day-to-day guidance
of a team of backend, data/AI, frontend and quality engineers.

Key
Responsibilities:

· Own
the technical design and solution architecture for your stream, aligned with
the client’s architecture governance, standards and review processes.

· Break
down epics and features into well-defined user stories and technical tasks, and
provide reliable effort estimates.

· Lead
sprint planning and execution for the pod, making sure committed scope is
delivered on time and meets the definition of done.

· Conduct
code and design reviews across backend (Java/Spring Boot, Python), frontend
(Angular) and integration components, enforcing quality, security and
performance standards.

· Design
scalable microservices, REST APIs and integration patterns, including
connectors to SaaS, cloud, data and AI platforms.

· Drive
release readiness: test coverage, CI/CD quality gates, documentation and
deployment sign-off.

· Identify
and manage technical risks, dependencies and blockers, and escalate early to
the Engineering Manager.

· Collaborate
with product managers, architects, UX designers and QA to translate
requirements into technical solutions.

· Mentor
engineers, set coding standards, and build a culture of ownership and
continuous improvement.

What
You’ll Bring:

· Bachelor’s
or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or
equivalent experience.

· 8+
years of software engineering experience, including at least 2–3 years as a
Tech Lead or Solution Architect.

· Proven
track record of leading agile teams that deliver enterprise SaaS products or
platforms.

· Strong
hands-on background in Java/Spring Boot and/or Python, with the ability to
review full-stack code.

Mandatory
Skills:

· Strong
expertise in Java, Spring Boot and microservices architecture, with working
knowledge of Python.

· Experience
designing RESTful APIs, event-driven integrations and data models for
distributed systems.

· Hands-on
experience with AWS and/or Azure, Docker and Kubernetes.

· Working
knowledge of Angular and TypeScript, enough to review frontend designs and
code.

· Experience
with SQL and NoSQL databases.

· Solid
understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and release management.

· Experience
with Agile/Scrum, backlog refinement and estimation, using tools such as Jira
and Confluence.

· Good
understanding of secure coding, OAuth2/SSO and role-based access control
(RBAC).

· Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good
to Have:

· Experience
building connectors or integrations with SaaS, cloud or data platforms (e.g.,
Salesforce, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Databricks).

· Exposure
to GenAI/LLM-based applications and agentic AI frameworks.

· Domain
knowledge of data privacy, data governance, security or AI governance products.

· Cloud
architecture certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions
Architect Expert.
