General Summary:
Senior Engineer / Engineer – GenAI / AI Engineering, Networking & Linux
We are seeking a hands-on engineer to drive the application of GenAI/LLM and AI technologies to networking and Linux-based product development .
The role combines AI engineering, Linux/OpenWrt, networking, and software development , with a strong focus on turning emerging AI technologies into practical engineering solutions. Key areas include LLM-based engineering tools, intelligent debugging and issue diagnosis, log analysis, test automation, workflow automation, and engineering productivity .
Candidates should have strong software and system fundamentals and be able to independently explore new AI technologies, build prototypes, integrate AI capabilities into engineering workflows, and deliver practical solutions for complex networking products.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of software, systems, networking, or AI engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with GenAI/LLMs and AI/ML technologies .
- Ability to develop AI-powered engineering tools, automation, and prototypes .
- Strong Python skills; C/C++ or Go experience is a plus.
- Strong Linux/OpenWrt development and debugging experience.
- Solid knowledge of Ethernet, IP, TCP/UDP, VLAN, QoS, and multicast .
- Basic knowledge of IP networking and TCP/UDP protocols; familiarity with Wi-Fi technologies (IEEE 802.11) is preferred.
- Ability to independently evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate them into practical engineering solutions .
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
