About this role

Join a community of doers who are passionate about changing business education for the better. As an Enrollment Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for many applicants from Eastern Europe and Central Asia, guiding them from first inquiry through to matriculation into one of Hult's undergraduate programs.

This role combines business development, sales, and consultative support as you engage with prospective students, agents, counselors, and parents. Your main focus will be to help applicants complete their applications for admissions review and work with them and their families to answer questions, explain the program details, collect and check documents, and keep each applicant moving through the process.

Reporting to the Global Director of Academic Partnerships, you will work closely with a small team of Enrollment Advisors, so clear communication and a collaborative approach are essential. You will be measured on your ability to help students complete their applications in a timely manner, and on year-over-year growth within the region.

- Support accepted students with final steps before enrollment, including documents and visa information where applicable.

Pipeline management and sales

- Manage your applicant funnel in Salesforce CRM, prioritizing daily tasks.
- Contribute to year-over-year applicant growth and enrollment conversion from inquiry to application completion.
- Understand each applicant's goals and challenges, and show how Hult's program may be a fit.
- Keep applicant profiles up to date with detailed notes and feedback.
- Present the program at outreach campaigns, events, webinars, and masterclasses in the region, where applicable.
- Work closely with Enrollment Advisors to share information, coordinate applicant progress, and maintain consistent communication.
