About this role

Role Overview
This role sits within the Technology Division's AI & Innovation Center and is responsible for leading end-to-end AI product strategy, requirements definition, and post-launch optimization. The Senior AI PM must be capable of independently driving large-scale AI initiatives, communicating product vision to C-level stakeholders, and possessing sufficient technical depth to co-design system architecture with AI engineers and data scientists. This role also owns the AI governance framework, ensuring AI decisions comply with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and Chubb's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead AI product roadmap development, integrating business strategy, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements
• Independently produce product specifications for complex AI systems — including multi-agent architectures, RAG systems, and workflow automation
• Define the AI Observability Framework: design model drift detection mechanisms and incident response playbooks
• Lead cross-functional AI programs (claims, underwriting, customer service), synthesizing requirements from business, legal, compliance, and IT
• Design and implement A/B testing frameworks for AI features; build a data-driven product decision culture
• Ensure AI products comply with relevant regulations (e.g., FSC, GDPR); lead AI ethics and fairness reviews
• Coach and develop Junior PMs; build AI product capabilities across the product team
• Present AI product progress, outcomes, and risks to senior leadership; influence the organization's AI investment decisions

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years as the primary PM on AI/ML products

Technical Skills

- Deep understanding of LLM / Agentic AI architecture: RAG, Tool Calling, Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, Quantization
- Ability to write product specifications for multi-agent systems — including agent collaboration, failure modes, and graceful degradation strategies
- Fluent in interpreting AI performance metrics in business terms: Precision, Recall, Calibration, Drift Detection
- Knowledge of AI ethics and regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts: model versioning, A/B testing, canary releases, model monitoring
- Ability to perform basic data analysis with SQL to support product decisions

Personal Attributes

- Strong product ownership mindset; able to set clear direction and drive execution in ambiguous environments
- Able to communicate complex AI concepts to C-level and business stakeholders without technical jargon
- Data-driven decision habits; able to design measurable success criteria
- Outstanding cross-functional and cross-cultural influencing skills; skilled at building consensus
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; Chinese proficiency is a plus

Nice to Have

- Deep experience with AI products in insurance (claims, underwriting, actuarial) or financial services
- Track record as PM on enterprise-scale AI systems (>100K users)
- Experience designing AI governance frameworks or Responsible AI practices
- Experience with AI-related regulatory submissions or regulator communications
- Relevant certifications: CSPO, PMI-ACP, Google Professional ML Engineer, or equivalent
- Familiarity with RPA (UiPath, Power Automate) and AI-integrated product design
