About the Role
The Senior Product Manager – Personal Loan will be responsible for scaling the Personal Loan lending business by implementing strategies to expand products, channels, customer segments, and overall reach. This role involves building high-performing teams, designing efficient systems and processes, and fostering a customer-centric culture. The incumbent will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, and BIU to deliver cost-effective and technology-driven banking solutions, ensuring IDFC FIRST Bank becomes the preferred financial partner for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Guide the distribution strategy for Personal Loans to achieve volume scale-up as per defined targets.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to increase customer penetration through digital channels.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with dealers, OEMs, and channel/product partners to expand portfolio reach.
- Monitor portfolio performance and quality; provide recommendations for course correction to Product and Sales teams.
- Support the Product team in developing differentiated offerings and driving business growth.
- Work with the Business Analytics team to identify cross-sell opportunities and customer insights.

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in retail lending or personal loans.
