But what’s the role?

As our Finance Manager, you will own the accounting engine of a fast-growing global SaaS business: the monthly close, tax and statutory compliance across Singapore, the UK and the US, and the annual audit. You’ll build and run the processes that keep finance accurate and audit-ready, and use AI and automation to remove manual recurring work so that it is done right the first time, and fast. This is a hands-on, execution-first role. You spot issues early and bring the solution with the problem. This role is based in Singapore or the UK.

---

Sounds great – what will I do?

- Own the monthly close end-to-end across our SG, UK and US entities (GL, AP, payroll, intercompany), delivering management accounts, balance sheet, P&L and cash flow to deadline with no corrections at review.
- Run AP, payroll and expenses through our systems (Xero, Tipalti, HiBob) with zero out-of-system payments, and own bank reconciliations across all entities.
- Apply AI and automation as the default way recurring finance work gets done. You identify what is manual, design the automated solution yourself, seek VP of Finance approval and take it live.
- Own tax and compliance across jurisdictions (SG GST, UK VAT, corporation tax and HMRC, US state tax), keeping the compliance calendar current and holding outsourced advisors to a high standard.
- Own the annual audit end-to-end: the audit timeline, audit-ready financial statements, fieldwork, and downstream stakeholders (auditors, ESOP valuers, corporate secretaries).
- Build and maintain process maps, internal controls and technical accounting papers for non-standard transactions, to an audit-ready standard.

Sounds perfect to me, what specifics are you looking for?

Core Skills

- Big 4 trained, with ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent, at least 4–6 years’ post-qualification experience, and at least 1 year in a senior or lead finance role.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS business with multi-entity, multi-currency operations and hands-on subscription revenue recognition (IFRS 15).
- Proven track record of building and owning finance processes from scratch , not just following them.
- Strong technical accounting (revenue recognition, leases, ESOP, intercompany, deferred and accrued revenue), including writing technical papers with a proposed treatment.
- Hands-on use of AI to automate recurring finance work . Show us what you have automated and what it saved.
- Experience owning tax and compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and identifying what is needed without being directed to look.
- You verify your own output and bring solutions with problems. You do not wait to be told what to do.
- Xero experience and advanced Excel skills.
- Comfortable learning new systems quickly. You will pick up tools such as Tipalti and ScaleXP on the job, and you learn them independently.
- Comfortable operating in a global business environment , working across time zones.

Advantages

- Experience with Tipalti, HiBob or ScaleXP.
- Familiarity with SG GST, UK VAT and US state tax obligations.
- Experience coordinating outsourced advisors and holding them to a high standard of output.
- Prior experience in a Series A/B scale-up environment or in the cyber security industry.

---

What’s in it for me?

- Competitive compensation - we believe that hard work, skills and ambition should be fairly compensated.
- Meaningful role in a company - You will be a key and early contributor to a fast-growing cybersecurity business that helps protect some of the world's largest enterprises.
- The best tools and powerful kit - we enable you with the tools to effectively fulfil your role.
- Endless opportunities – we are in a high-growth phase of our journey, and plan to promote from within as we scale.
- Work with cyber security experts – we are solving cutting-edge industry-wide cyber security challenges with some of the world’s most advanced organizations.
