About this role

Working at Atlassian

Atlassians can choose where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity.

We can hire from anywhere in The United Kingdom for this role.

- Lead and develop the team: Build, manage, and coach a global 24x5 pre-sales execution team (including team leads and specialists), establishing clear performance and quality standards while supporting career growth.
- Own operational delivery: Ensure fast, accurate, and consistent quote execution across direct, partner, and sales-led motions, managing queue health, SLAs, prioritisation, handoffs, and escalations.
- Cross-functional partnership: Partner closely with Deal Desk, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Systems to streamline Quote-to-Order workflows, clarify team scope boundaries, and ensure clean handoffs for complex or bespoke deals.
- Drive improvement and scale: Use operational data and frontline feedback to eliminate friction and manual effort, accelerate deals, operationalise new products and pricing policies, and strengthen governance, tooling, and documentation.

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. We follow consistent hiring practices and account for each candidate's skills, knowledge, and experience when setting base pay within the range.

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
