Job Summary
Al Marwan Real Estate is looking for a reliable and physically fit Watchman to support the maintenance and monitoring of residential properties . The candidate will assist in basic maintenance activities and ensure the safety and smooth operation of building facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain building premises and facilities
- Perform basic preventive maintenance works
- Assist in minor electrical, plumbing, and AC-related repairs
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests when required
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
- Support FM team in daily operational activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of residential watchman experience
- Basic technical knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, and AC systems
- Good communication skills in English
- Physically fit and flexible for emergency duties
- Age below 40 years preferred
- Nationality: Open to all nationalities
- Intermediate or ITI qualification preferred
