- Conduct and coordinate Defence Clothing change impact assessments to identify risks, operational impacts, stakeholder implications, resource needs, evidence requirements and implementation constraints.
- Engage effectively with Compliance, PMO, Contracts, Finance, Operations, Subject Matter Experts, senior leadership, the customer and key subcontractors to secure alignment, inputs and timely decision-making.
- Identify, assess and manage Defence Clothing change risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, maintaining RAID controls and escalating matters that may affect delivery, assurance or operational continuity.
- Coordinate resources and stakeholder inputs required to support Defence Clothing change proposals, business cases, implementation planning, assurance activity and closure evidence.
- Support quality and assurance controls by ensuring Defence Clothing change deliverables meet agreed standards, are appropriately reviewed and are supported by auditable evidence.
- Provide regular, accurate and concise progress reporting to the Head of Commissioning, PMO and other key stakeholders, including status, risks, decisions, next steps and benefits realisation.
- Maintain clear records of actions, decisions, approvals and closure evidence to support audit readiness, governance traceability and effective handover into business-as-usual ownership.
- Ensure relevant P3M templates, plans, trackers and supporting artefacts used for compliance change delivery are published, controlled and monitored through the L-UK Integrated Management System where required.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve Defence Clothing change delivery, governance, reporting and project management ways of working across the programme.
