Sea Logistics Operational Key Account Manager

As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. And by transporting medicines, toys and important machine parts, you are not only delivering goods, you are making small and big moments possible for people all around the world. How you create impact

•    To effectively manage + maintain customer relationships + support operations related initiatives.
•    To lead business + performance reviews (KPI) with customers along with implementation initiatives.
•    To manage + ensure compliance of key deliverables against committed service levels.
•    To initiate + drive continuous process improvements for productivity + operational performance.
•    To collaborate with stakeholders to support the business requirements.
•    To create + maintain performance dashboards for visibility, monitoring + analyzing.
•    To create + update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) + ensure adherence.
•    To ensure SOPs, WIs + templates are up to date + accessible by stakeholders

•    For any newly added customer, to start the engagement no later than Hypercare stage.

What we would like you to bring

Hard Skills
•    Profound experience in freight forwarding and supply chain management, with a strong focus on Sea Logistics
•    Data analysis
•    Dashboard utilization
•    Proven track record in customer management, successfully leading optimizes work processes.
•    Fluent in local language and advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)

Soft Skills
•    Extensive expertise in customer management across the full lifecycle, ensuring managing conflict, drives engagement, and communicating effectively.
•    Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively across all levels.
•    Strong problem-solving skills.
•    Highly customer-oriented
•    Positive management mindset, adapting at leading transformations and driving continuous improvement.
•    Willingness to drive continues improvement for people and customers.
•    Commercial acumen 
•    Good presence in front of customer
