Job Description
Wsparcie technika malarni proszkowej w realizacji procesu przygotowania i malowania elementów, zapewnienie sprawnego przebiegu prac oraz utrzymanie porządku i bezpieczeństwa na stanowisku. Pomoc w obsłudze urządzeń, przygotowaniu detali oraz kontrola jakości wstępnych etapów procesu
Pracując na tej pozycji będziesz raportować do: Painting Line Supervisora
Obowiązki:
- Obsługa komory malarskiej
- Praca w strefie ściągania / zawieszania elementów
- Kontroluja jakości pomalowanych produktów
- Zawieszanie produktów zgodnie ze zleceniami, wg planu produkcyjnego i/lub wskazań przełożonego
- Raportowanie produkcji w systemie
- Ściąganie produktów z linii oraz odkładanie na właściwe palety w sposób przewidziany wewnętrznymi wymaganiami
- Przygotowanie oznaczenia paletowego na pomalowane produkty
- Praca w strefie maskowania
- Maskowanie otworów gwintowanych (wg wymagań)
- Maskowanie trzpieni gwintowanych (wg wymagań)
- Odmuchiwanie / odkurzanie z pozostałości zanieczyszczeń lub wody
- Praca w strefie mycia detali
- Praca w laboratorium
- Wykonywanie testów na płytkach testowych oraz w razie potrzeby na detalach
Wymagania:
- Doświadczenie in. 1 rok
- Umiejętność pracy w zespole
- Gotowość do pracy zmianowej
- Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
