About The Role

We are looking for a talented design specialist to join our Strategic Communications practice in London. We work with some of the largest and best-known companies in the world, and with the ambitious start-ups aiming to become tomorrow's giants. Our Design team supports our team of experts primarily in developing engaging pitch materials across a variety of sectors. We develop a broad range of pitch documentation meaning there is freedom for highly creative thinking and design.

This opportunity will suit an individual with excellent interpersonal skills who can build effective working relationships at all levels within the firm. We also expect our team to remain up-to-speed on creative industry developments to ensure materials continues to look fresh and innovative.

What You’ll Do

- Use Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe Express) to create proposal and pitch materials. Both in print and screen.
- Produce visually attractive support materials e.g. infographics, posters, placemat to increase the quality of the proposal/pitch submission, as and when required.

- Produce engaging credential documentations, training materials and provide other graphic support for all departments within Strategic Communications.

- Design and create PowerPoint/Word template unique to the client’s brand for proposal documentations, as and when required. Create custom-made interactive training materials through webflow.
- Work closely across the team to ensure that bookings are made ahead of time to ensure that materials are delivered on time, often to strict deadlines.

What You Will Need to Succeed

- A strong portfolio demonstrating a solid foundation of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Work harmoniously with all colleagues independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple pitches, to tight deadlines and remain focused under pressure to ensure documents are delivered on time.

Basic Qualifications

- Several years experience with Adobe CC: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop essential.
- Degree educated or qualified through relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Webflow, Premier Pro, adobe express.
