Coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver successful launches, ensures compliance and brand consistency, collaborates with CE teams on shared solutions.

You will be responsible for

We're looking for a commercially minded marketer who thrives on turning customer understanding into compelling propositions and high-performing campaigns. If you enjoy connecting strategy, creativity, and execution to drive measurable results, this could be the role for you.

- Shape customer-focused propositions and marketing campaigns that support business growth.
- Use customer, market, and performance insights to identify opportunities and influence decisions.
- Lead campaigns from brief to launch across multiple channels.
- Partner with Commercial, Insight, Brand, Digital, Communications, and Agency teams to bring ideas to life.
- Track performance, uncover insights, and continuously optimize results.
- Manage marketing budgets to maximize impact and ROI.
- Ensure every campaign delivers a consistent and engaging brand experience.

You will need

- University education
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in retail or FMCG.
- Advanced English
- Proven success in proposition development, customer communications, and campaign delivery.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
- Confidence working with data, insights, and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
