As the Director, QSCP Strategy you will Partner with the VP of QSCP Strategy to shape and manage the performance of Haleon’s Supply Chain and Procurement Strategy. Working with executive-level stakeholders across Global Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance, you’ll help drive a major transformation towards a world-class supply chain.

What you’ll do

- Develop the Supply Chain Strategy with QSCP leadership, Operating Units, Commercial and Finance, defining long-term priorities, investment choices and capability roadmaps through the annual strategic planning cycle.

- Partner with senior supply chain leaders to create clear strategic narratives, business cases and decision papers for the Executive Leadership Team, Board and governance forums, informing decisions on network, service, productivity, resilience and growth.

- Resolve Supply Chain’s most critical strategic questions, translating emerging business, consumer, customer and technology trends into actionable choices and competitive advantage.

- Lead high-value strategic projects as an internal consultant to Supply Chain, covering portfolio simplification, network optimisation, operating model design, capability transformation, automation and AI-enabled opportunities.

- Shape the long-term supply chain ambition, strategic priorities and executive-level strategy reviews with the VP Supply Chain Strategy and functional leadership team.

- Deliver cross-functional strategic initiatives, executive requests and priority interventions as part of an agile strategy team, adapting quickly to changing business needs.

Qualifications and skills

Required: Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred: Master’s degree, ideally an MBA.

Area of specialisation: Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration or Data Science.

You’ll need to develop sophisticated procurement strategies aligned with business needs. A strong understanding of business and financial analysis is an advantage.

Experience and capabilities

- Significant end-to-end supply chain experience, particularly in network optimisation and planning.
- Strong business acumen and proven success delivering a multi-year strategy.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to assess complex information and distil it into a clear, compelling narrative.
- Ability to frame ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions and make sound trade-offs to build an executable strategy.
