This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, solving operational challenges and driving continuous improvement within an international environment.

What You’ll Do

- Lead, coach and develop a team of Credit professionals, creating an environment of accountability, collaboration and engagement.
- Set clear priorities and expectations while ensuring effective workload and resource allocation.
- Support individual development, functional training and capability building across the team.
- Guide the team through organizational, process and technology changes, translating broader Credit priorities into clear actions.

Drive Credit Performance

- Oversee the day-to-day execution of Credit and Collections activities across the assigned customer portfolio.
- Monitor Credit and operational KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities to reduce overdue receivables, improve DSO and strengthen collection effectiveness.
- Ensure order holds and other operational Credit activities are managed accurately and efficiently.
- Act as an escalation point for more complex operational and Credit-related matters.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of Credit Operations and portfolio performance.

Partner With the Business

- Build strong relationships across Sales, Customer Service, Business Management, Finance and other key functions.
- Balance Credit requirements with business priorities and customer needs to support effective commercial decision-making.
- Partner with Customer Service and other teams to strengthen the end-to-end Order-to-Cash experience.

Improve the Way We Work

- Identify and lead opportunities for process simplification, standardization, automation and continuous improvement.
- Promote effective adoption of Credit tools, processes and technology.
- Ensure Credit activities are performed in line with established policies, internal controls, guidelines and delegated authority.

What You’ll Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Experience within Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, Order-to-Cash or a related environment.
- Previous experience leading, coordinating, coaching or developing teams is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of Credit and Collections processes, customer portfolio management and Order-to-Cash activities.
- Experience using KPIs and operational data to monitor performance and drive improvements.
- Experience working across functions in an international or matrixed organization is an advantage.
- Fluent English is required; additional European languages are a plus.

What Will Help You Succeed

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

- Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
- A hands-on, results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to turn insights into action.
- Confidence managing complex situations and making sound decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to balance business needs, customer experience and Credit requirements.
- Curiosity about automation, digital solutions and smarter ways of working.
- The ability to lead teams successfully through change.
