In this role, you will focus on building new revenue with customers and integration partners across parking, public transit, mobility, vending, tolling, EV charging, and other self-service environments.

You will position Planet’s broader payments proposition, combining payment terminals with eCommerce capabilities, Planet Gateway and acquiring services, while developing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships across the Nordic market.

What you will do

Business Development & Revenue Growth

- Develop and execute a Nordic sales strategy for Planet’s unattended payments proposition.
- Identify, qualify and win new business across parking, transit, mobility, vending, tolling, EV charging and other unattended or self-service sectors.
- Build a strong pipeline of direct customers, technology providers and integration partners, with clear ownership of revenue targets and commercial outcomes.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from market mapping, prospecting and discovery through solution design, proposal development, negotiation, contracting and handover.
- Grow existing partner relationships while actively recruiting new Nordic software, hardware and platform partners that can integrate Planet payment services into their solutions.
- Develop senior relationships with operators, merchants, public authorities, transport organisations and technology partners.
- Work closely with Planet’s product, Gateway, acquiring, terminal, implementation, risk and account management teams to deliver successful launches and sustainable growth.

Unattended, eCommerce & Integrated Payments

- Position the full Planet proposition, combining unattended payment terminals with eCommerce, Planet Gateway and acquiring services.
- Create integrated payment propositions for mobile apps, web portals, online booking, digital wallets, tokenised payments and physical self-service devices.
- Help customers and partners deliver consistent omnichannel journeys across parking systems, ticketing and transit platforms, tolling solutions, vending machines, EV charging networks and mobility applications.
- Work with integration partners to define scalable technical and commercial models that make Planet easy to embed, deploy and support.
- Promote solutions that improve payment acceptance, conversion, availability and customer experience across both card-present and card-not-present channels.
- Support cross-border, multi-currency and local Nordic payment requirements where relevant to the customer proposition.

Nordic Market Development

- Develop a detailed understanding of the unattended payments landscape across Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.
- Map priority verticals, operators, technology vendors, integrators, competitors and routes to market across the region.
- Identify country-specific commercial, regulatory and payment requirements and translate them into practical opportunities for Planet.
- Represent Planet at relevant Nordic industry events, exhibitions, partner meetings and customer forums.
- Act as a trusted adviser on payment architecture, customer experience and the commercial benefits of combining terminals, Gateway and acquiring.

Strategic Partnerships

- Own and expand relationships with existing Planet integration partners across the Nordics.
- Recruit new partners, including parking and mobility platforms, transit technology providers, vending solution providers, tolling specialists, EV charging platforms, payment technology vendors and unattended hardware manufacturers.
- Build joint business plans, go-to-market activities and qualified sales pipelines with strategic partners.
- Coordinate commercial and technical stakeholders to move integrations from initial concept through certification, launch and revenue generation.
- Negotiate sustainable commercial agreements that align partner incentives with Planet’s growth objectives.
- Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to extend successful integrations into additional Nordic markets and unattended verticals.
