About this role
Are you an experienced team lead in greenhouse production? A well-established tomato and cucumber producer on Norway's Southwest Coast in Jæren is looking for a Greenhouse Supervisor to join one of its teams.

Your Role
- Help the Department Manager plan and coordinate daily work
- Lead and follow up the team, including seasonal workers
- Keep production running with good quality and efficiency
- Step in as deputy for the Manager during absence
Requirements
- 5+ years of greenhouse experience (tomatoes/cucumbers preferred).
- Strong team leadership skills.
- Fluent in English or Norwegian (written & spoken).
- Valid driver’s license (plus)
