Through our Horizon 2030 strategy we're evolving into a more disciplined, high-performing global Group — and we're looking for talented people who want to contribute to this long-term strategic journey.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will contribute to Aliaxis' strategic agenda by supporting the strategic planning process, partnering with the Executive Committee on enterprise-wide priorities, and helping the divisions develop winning market strategies.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy within a horizontal team structure, your key responsibilities will include:

- Driving high-impact initiatives across business units and functions, including growth strategy, market entry, transformation, operating model improvement, and portfolio optimization.

- Identifying strategic opportunities, risks, and growth levers through market, customer, competitor, and industry analyses, and translating insights into recommendations for senior leadership.

- Supporting portfolio strategy, M&A, and partnership activities through market assessments, commercial due diligence, and strategic evaluations.

- Building strong relationships with business and functional leaders globally to drive strategic alignment and value creation.

- Coaching and supporting junior members of the Corporate Strategy team, contributing to a high-performing and collaborative team environment.

ABOUT YOU

The Corporate Strategy team is a key talent pipeline within Aliaxis. We are therefore looking for individuals with the potential to grow into broader leadership roles, whether within Strategy or across the organization. To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- 5 to 8 years of strategy experience in a top-tier consulting firm and/or a corporate environment.

- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.

- Track record of leading complex strategic initiatives such as growth strategy, transformation, operating model optimization, commercial due diligence, market intelligence, or portfolio management.

- Strong analytical and financial skills, including market analysis, business case development, financial statement interpretation, and executive-level reporting.

- Excellent stakeholder management and influential skills with the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups (including C-suite executives). Outstanding presentation skills.

- Experience working across functions and geographies in international organizations.

- A proactive, results-oriented mindset, combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to delivering impact.

- Interest in industrial and manufacturing businesses.

- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis and openness to international career opportunities.
